Verification and selection

What does “Verified” mean?

Defined evidence was checked against an approved standard. It is no guarantee of medical suitability or outcome.

Can doctors pay for better placement?

No. Payments, subscriptions or advertising cannot affect matching.

Is a cost range binding?

No. Only the doctor creates an individual cost plan after consultation and examination.

How will the practice contact me?

You contact the recommended practice yourself. You receive its contact details, price and a unique 7-digit reference. The practice receives the same reference but no patient contact details through Trusted Ones. Quote your reference so the practice can identify the offer.

What if the doctor declines?

Anonymous pre-confirmation is intended to reduce this risk. Rematch and refund rules remain to be approved.

Is this medical advice?

No. Trusted Ones does not diagnose, set indications or recommend treatment.

Can I receive another option?

If no lower eligible offer is received, the result confirms that no lower price was offered within the participating network. This is not a guarantee of the lowest price across the entire market.

Video, language and transcripts

How is a call translated?

In a personally agreed consultation, everyone must understand the language clearly. Automatic translation does not replace medical understanding.

Is the call recorded?

Video recording is not planned by default.

What happens to transcripts?

This website does not create transcripts. Any separately agreed documentation requires clear purposes, access rules and retention periods.
