Manuscript date: IAGS-2026-001 · Version 1.0

Relevance to Trusted Ones

The article discusses Trusted Ones in the context of treatment-specific doctor matching. It focuses on the separation of matching fees from treatment costs, transparent selection criteria and the distinction between organisational matching and medical assessment of an indication.

Section 6.3 · Narrative evidence synthesis and analysis of medical governance models

Three separate physician roles: A independent advice, B treatment and aftercare, C independent outcome review. The patient's decision remains autonomous.

The organisational model discussed in the article

Conceptual diagram based on IAGS draft 0.1 (30 September 2026). A, B and C are different people with separate financial interests. A and C offer the patient no subsequent elective aesthetic treatment. This is an organisational proposal, not an empirically validated causal pathway; necessary care and aftercare remain available.
