One PDF instead of repeated questions
An individual estimate is required for every Best Price Match request, for surgical and non-surgical treatments.
The Trusted Ones team takes the treatment, method, body regions, included services and relevant details from the document, manually or with AI assistance. Missing details are clarified individually.
We protect your identity and the source of the estimate: personal details and information identifying the issuing doctor or practice are removed or redacted, including names, logos, addresses and contact details.
The treatment, method, products and relevant service items remain visible. Participating doctors receive only the personally reviewed, redacted comparison version, never the original or your preferred price.
The comparison is always based on the same specific treatment. Medical suitability, informed consent and final cost planning remain with the treating doctor.
A second doctor option, if you wish
Add a second doctor option to your initial booking for €50.00. If the first recommendation does not suit you, request the second option within 72 hours of receiving the first.
You receive one doctor recommendation at a time. Another option depends on another suitable doctor being available. This 72-hour decision period is independent of the offer phase.
Your preferred price stays internal
You can optionally enter a preferred gross price including VAT. It is guidance only, not a promise that this price will be achieved.
Only you and authorised Trusted Ones staff, management and owners can see it. Participating doctors do not receive it in the case overview or comparison documents.
This differs from the total in your existing estimate, which forms part of the comparison. An internal medically and economically reasonable floor protects against unrealistic offers.

The team retains relevant service items and redacts personal details and information identifying the issuing practice. The redacted version is released only after visual review.
Compare doctor offers
Only offers for the same scope are compared within the agreed time window.
Receive the result
The result identifies the lowest eligible offer, or confirms that no lower offer was received within the participating network.
The comparison covers the participating doctor network; it is not a guarantee of the lowest price across the entire market.
