Trusted Premium does not search for the lowest treatment price. A specialization request remains a search criterion, not medical advice or an outcome guarantee.
Beyond an identical-scope comparison
Best Price Match compares the exact service described. Trusted Premium also considers suitable alternatives, for example in the products used. Their suitability and quality are individually assessed; a different brand name alone does not establish equivalence.
Nothing is automatically substituted. Medical suitability and the concrete treatment are agreed with the treating specialist.
Another search if needed
If the first recommendation does not suit you, request an additional search within 5 days of receiving it for €125.00. This is 50% of the base fee.
The additional search is optional and never booked automatically. A new search does not guarantee a suitable result; treatment costs and selected extras are separate.

The patient remains at the centre
A staff member personally supports the search and selection process and explains the organisational next steps. The patient chooses; medical decisions remain with the treating doctor.
For cases requiring especially intensive support, Trusted Ones may issue a personal invitation to Trusted Concierge. Service options and terms become visible only after an active invitation; there is no entitlement to an invitation.
